Further to our conversation, please find an invoice for the work done so far. I have reduced the cost of work done by 10% as a gesture of goodwill. We have only charged a quarter of the previous amount charged and it is the nature of genealogy that most of the time and costs are incurred upfront in getting acquainted with the case and researching the lines thoroughly.

It would be very helpful if you  could please settle this on the basis that, if you wish, wecan resume work next week. If you decide to proceed with the remaining work, a new quotation will be provided  subject to the requirements you have in mind.

This invoice also provides another 3 hours research for additional queries/assistance so that should hopefully suffice until your return.

Please make payment today by Paypal and call me if you need me to take you through the procedure. Instructions are shown below.

Upon payment of this invoice we will be able to forward maps and plans of Tyne Cot as well as the panel you require. At our meeting I will be able to let you know how your tree needs correcting and I look forward to working on a bespoke plan for you to do justice to your family heritage.
