English Civil Records - Telling the Whole Story

Hope you are well.

We have successfully completed your tree as far as it goes.

Before we start to put everything together to tell the stories we would like to make a suggestion.

Your plan included 14 civil records but the Scottish side was so difficult we ended up requiring more, at no extra cost.

The English side has been tied up conventionally by the use of birth, marriage and death indexes plus census information and various extras. There is an opportunity now to tell the story of each of these events by us researching further and obtaining certificates of every such event for your father's English ancestors. These are intended to add colour by telling the story of each event whilst also ensuring the integrity of your family tree heirloom as much as possible. There are 47 possible records but this is a quotation for only 30 as it can get very expensive!

I have obtained a 5% discount on these records. Research time and transcription of old records will take several hours but no charge will be made. We have to purchase these records but the key is in locating them whilst we are on the case. The records would be incorporated into the final chronological presentation report and trees. Please note that these are just a final flourish to add to the overall gift to your  dad. They will make it better but the chronicle we will provide will still tell many interesting stories.

You can pay in full or by two instalments: one of £358.15 now and one at the end of the month whilst delaying the final payment on the main invoice to 5 September to give us time to get the records in and update your presentation chronicle.
