• Confirmed that the 1911 census with James William as a nephew was not correct.
• Confirmed census showing James William Smith with Rose.
• Found record consistent with the birth information found on the James and Rose census which showed James' mother, likely father and likely grandfather.
• Obtained birth certificate of correct James William Smith out of wedlock.
• Have another census with consistent birth and occupation information to others mentioned and indicating a possible sister.
• Obtained certificate for this person born at the same location as James William but inconclusive.
• Rose Lilian Hadder's birth certificate obtained in order to locate 1939 National Register entry.
• Confirmed false details on his marriage certificate.
