Further to your email, I have produced a quote for you. Essentially, this comprises two Pedigree Trees going back to the 16th century but I have provided one free of charge and reduced the cost of the hardback book. To further reduce the overall costs I have also given you full credit for the work undertaken and paid for so far.

10. Signatures or marks of some ancestors.

11. Burial locations of some ancestors.

12. Probate and archival information where found.

13. Historical context of royalty, coinage, clothing and key events integrated with the lives of your direct ancestors.

14. Sources meticulously listed for each record.

15. Conclusions explained fully but concisely.

16. Passenger information and details of lives overseas.

17. Online records where found.

18. 10 external civil records we have to purchase, including nominal search and handling fees.

19. Hardback keepsake book in satin, top quality 130 GSM paper. Includes an extra 7 hours to design, arrange the layout, produce covers, printing costs, to deal with the printer and delivery. Subsequent reprints reduced and by negotiation once we know how many pages are involved.

Payment Terms

£360.53 payable now, 24 May and 24 June for delivery.

Payments can be spread over five instalments if preferred.

I realise this is expensive but we have tried to mitigate the costs as much as possible and you will have some idea from the work we have done how comprehensive the finished product would be. It would certainly be something special to treasure and to hand to future generations.
