As discussed, we cannot normally guarantee a particular outcome but we can do so in this case.

We can solve this case working back from Benjamin Flatman who married Mary Filby (we will include their marriage transcription) back to the birth of Benjamin Flatman baptised in 1674 along with his father's name but without the time to determine which Francis was which.

The complications to be resolved are in the generations between the 1670s and 1730s.

Children of the direct ancestors in this period will be added to the tree and we will provide a revised all-relatives tree for the relevant period from Francis (1645?-1695?) down to Benjamin Flatman who married Mary Filby with spouses and children displayed for the aforementioned generations.
