Here's the quotation further to the conversation you had with my colleague today.

We have identified 21 certificates over the two cases.
There are 20 photos to add to the 20 that we will do without charge. Please provide captions with your scanned photos including names and the approximate year. These can be added on the file name or by email.
We will also include mentions of close family members.

Delivery

We have added on a few days for the digital delivery to take into account the bank holidays delaying the delivery of certificates which normally take 7 working days. Young and Grant digital copies will be done by 19 April to ensure delivery before 5 May for Rebecca's birthday.
