Alec has asked me to forward this quotation to yourself.

Further to our email correspondence with Alec, I am pleased to provide a quote as promised for the Mackenzies featuring the KINTAIL, HILTON, GAIRLOCH, TARBAT & COGEACH and INVEREWE lines/septs.

The services and relevant costs are outlined below. Note that significant discounts have been provided to get to the £850 quoted.

I cannot promise to provide the tree in a layout entirely consistent with the beautiful handmade tree produced by your father. We are limited by various tree templates produced by software but we can provide a similar font as well as the headings whilst seeking to do justice to the wonderful original tree. A replica of the original tree might, however, be possible to reproduce as a new objective but that needs to be discussed as a separate project to see if we can include minor amendments too.

We will liaise with the family as we proceed and ensure that proofs are made which are subject to approval by the family before we go to print.

The tree might need a larger size than 36 inches which is normally sufficient but, if so, there will be no further charge.

We would, of course, be pleased to provide additional copies for the children if required and bespoke ones for nephews and nieces as requested. Such services would be provided subsequently as the current objective is to get the Mackenzie tree right and then we can deal with copies or bespoke additional trees.
