Further to our meeting, I am pleased to provde you with our plans for encapsulating your family history into digital chronicles which will be converted into hardback books as heirlooms to pass down the generations. This also includes researching your tour as shown.
I have split each surname line into separate chronicles which each also include a section with records of one male and two female lines to add to the male line. These are outlined below. It seems that the McDonald and Williamson lines are very important and it might be that you decide to separate them as shown.
It also includes work to date and once this is converted to an invoice we will credit the £3,100 and £3,690 already paid. The first invoice stands alone for the original work and was £555.75 paid in full. The second invoice we sent for £805 has been cancelled so everything else is on this form.
