60th Birthday Silver Tree for Chris

Further to our recent conversations I am pleased to confirm that we are able to do this case and complete it in time for Chris's 60th birthday. In order to do that we will need to prioritise the case as cases are normally dealt with in the order we receive them and there is currently a backlog of a few weeks.

We therefore propose the following:-

• We will give the case priority treatment.
• We will extend the normal number of generations of the Silver tree back to the 1700's.
• We will trace the tree ourselves and therefore check our findings against Uncle Robert's tree to confirm the latter.
• We will also seek to add to the findings of Uncle Robert's impressive tree which contains some information that only the family would know.
• We will also look at the connections with Digger Stanley and possibly include a mini-profile.
• We will also look for brief information on Michael's father's time in the Army.

These are all in addition to our Silver Tree service for which time is charged below.

As this matter is pressing, payment will need to be made in full by the delivery date of 18 August. Payment should therefore be made in two instalments of £315.50 which is half now and half by the 18 August. If you prefer to make three instalments then the payments would be £210.33 now, in two weeks' time and then the same by 18 August.
