Hi Faye
Embrey Military Stories
Further to your email, I am pleased to provide a quotation for military stories in your family. These will include the original records upon which we will rely. They relate to your mother's father George and his five brothers. If you would like to add stories from your mother about her father and uncles, please supply the information. George's involvement in the war was significantly impacted by a very serious illness for which we have found the full details.
Incredibly, it appears that all six brothers fought in World War 1. It appears that there was nobody of the right age to fight in the Second World War but please confirm that.
We will spend two hours on each person's military background including searching for documents and establishing what medals they earned. This is a fixed quote based on time taken which has also been heavily discounted as below.
We will also check, without charge, to see if there is any other 19th century information for Thomas Henry Biddlecombe, father of Sarah Ellen who died in 1903, well before the First World War began.
We will also spend additional time as requested in your emails.
If you would like to proceed, just click on the green accept quote button and invoice will be sent for payment.
Best wishes, Amy
