Thank you for providing me  with all your fascinating family history records, beautifully organised. I have worked out the quote in consultation with researchers as discussed.

This case demands a great deal of time to produce the best results and there is also a high difficulty-factor.

As you have previously instructed a genealogist on elements of this case, can you please point me to their research results or forward them by email.

Likewise, I note that you have significant parts of the tree on Ancestry. We can access your site but it would save a lot of time if we were to use a copy of your tree exported to gedcom format. That is easy to do and we can provide instructions. The resultant file can be sent by email.

Is there anything in the folder that is not on the USB drive? If so, we would need to scan the relevant items.

The book we would prepare could extend to two books but that would depend on content. For example, it would take additional time and pages to include baptisms of all children rather than just direct ancestors as we did for the Oldroyd cases. The quote below includes only significant events for each direct ancestor but the baptismal dates will be included on your PDF trees. If you want to focus on any particular individuals who are not direct ancestors, please provide their names.

The following services are included:-

• Associate each item with each person (thank you for assisting in this already).
• Enter details onto our own software.
• Produce one chronicle. (The absence of census records might mean we get away with only one but we will give you the choice as we progress).
• Convert files to jpeg for manipulation in the family history chronicle.
• Flesh out the stories and add content as you require.
• Research and verify.
• Search for three certificates as requested.
• Produce four trees of varying degrees of data.
• Publish the  chronicle(s) in hardback.
