Sorry for the delay but we wanted to ensure that we could do your case under a fixed fee arrangement.

We have purchased a few vital records and I am pleased to let you know that we can guarantee to take your Taylor ancestors back to the early 1800s for our Silver Tree plan in accordance with our earlier emails. This is despite the difficulty rating being quite high on all Northern Ireland cases owing to the availability of records. Civil records are difficult to access and there are very few censuses which survive before 1901.

In order to prove the Taylor lineage we need to obtain more civil records than the usual few we provide so I have allocated 8 as follows (baptisms have no charge):-

The Silver Tree includes the following:-

• Profile summary and history of each direct surname ancestor with their own records in chronological order.
• Geography of your ancestors.
• 8 Essential birth/marriage records after 1855 obtained by us.
• Parish records (pre-1855).
• Occupations throughout their lives.

• Digital Tree showing all relatives and how they are related.
• Research conclusions explained fully and concisely.
• Sources meticulously listed for each record.

As discussed, the price is £345.

Daisy Johnston

Unless Daisy had siblings born before 1924, we will have to obtain her birth certificate which costs £15 and is not available online. We have then allocated 2.5 hours additional research as her line is not straightforward. This charge is fully refundable if her certificate leads us to being able to provide a Johnston Silver Tree. To clarify, the £96.25 for the certificate and research hours would be deducted from the charge of £345 so that only £248.75 would be payable for Daisy's tree.

Please note that most clients prefer to obtain additional records for siblings and deaths of ancestors which can also be arranged.

The total amount including research for Daisy's line is £441.25. Payment can be made in full or by 2 instalments of £220.62.
