Greta's 10 Lines

Thank you so much for requesting a quote for further lines in your family tree.

Sorry for the delay on this. We have had to make enquiries regarding genealogy cases to see if clients can make further orders direct following the first Etsy sale.

The prices on Etsy are promotional ones and much less than those on our website which are £395 for Silver plus £199 for the book; Gold £595+199 and Platinum 895+199. On Etsy they are £379, £479 and £679 respectively including the book.

The Moody case, however, was really a Platinum one including further research and with huge additional research on events and military matters. We agreed to two books on this line as there was so much material and we sold them at the Silver price. This was because of the excellent prior research and media that you had already accumulated.

What we propose to do is give the same treatment as Moody to the Shropshire line. This will include your maternal direct ancestors and relations as we did on the Moody book (see page 55 onwards). We will provide the same scale of work to produce two hardback volumes at a slightly lower price than the Moody one including trying to take the Shropshires back to before William Shropshire, born 1824. If we can't, we can complete this in one volume and perhaps provide a chronicle for another line instead.

The other 9 lines we would look to confine in chronicles of only one volume each are as follows:-

Maternal

• Kinnick
• Conkin
• Inman
• Hazelwood

In view of the work already done we will reduce the price of these chronicles from £417/£379 to £359 including printing or £309 for digital only to save £450 on the prices shown. This is not a £100 discount as each book has already got a low concessionary rate by charging a Silver Tree price rather than Gold or Platinum.

[You have since emailed your preference for digital only for the 9 additional lines. This changes the figures to the following]:-

I have provided a payment schedule which includes £718 now for the Shropshire line followed by 8 payments of £347.63 to take you to October. If you accept the quote, an invoice will be generated which will show the instalment options of the whole payment, £718 or £347.63.

I appreciate that the cost is high but it reflects a great deal of work for us to do. We can, of course, look at these options again if you require them to be trimmed or expanded or require different instalments. We will also revise this quote if you only want digital products for the nine lines above rather than hardback copies.
