Amazing!

With three young kids and a job, it would have taken me YEARS to find and organize all this information. The report is so professional and seems as accurate as humanly possible for records from the 18th/early 19th century. 🙂 I would absolutely work with them again.

The McBrides were traced back to the late 18th century on the beautiful island of Arran and the perpetually windswept place of Shedog (Sheidog is Gaelic for windy place).

Fiona wanted to know as much about her ancestors as possible so we found her a large number of parish records, photographs, old maps, probate, folk history, obituaries and gravestone memorials.

We were able to find the actual glens and hamlets on the small island of Arran and pinpoint exactly where her ancestors lived and worked and how and why they left the island for the Scottish mainland, taking their newfound wealth with them.

Fiona and her relations and descendants now know all about their ancestors and know the precise location of their old homes and burial grounds for future visits.
